Writing the pages we’ll remember tomorrow … Words from the Heart

Every day I write words that gather and form pages of my next story. I listen respectively and eagerly to what my characters have to say and bless the days when they chatter and let me in on what they’re up to and the pages flow effortlessly! At a book appearance when I dip into the selections to read, I’m grateful for the happy expectant faces that wait for the next sentences, or maybe they want a little more insight into a particular character. When I do read pieces of my story, I remember the writing session so clearly and how those words tumbled out onto the page. To be honest, it gives me a little shiver … the words are truly from my heart!

While I write alone, I share a community of writers who pursue the same exciting journey. We talk about our stories and celebrate them as well. Ahh, the precious writing life!
